THE SUBSIDIARY (CLAYTON AEROSPACE COMPANY)

The Clayton Aerospace Company was conceived to procure contracts for the nuclear triad ongoing upgrades. Mr. Christian H. Clayton and his professional relationship with the head engineer for the Polaris Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) and with the close colleague of an engineer who was one of the main contributors to the Peacekeeper ICBM was the driving force in entering the aerospace sector. The engineer who worked on the Peacekeeper ICBM motivated Mr. Clayton to continue his research in propulsion systems. Before the death of his colleague who engineered the Peacekeeper ICBM, Mr. Clayton had agreed to acquire the redesigned Peacekeeper ICBM to retrofit the Peacekeeper ICBM with nuclear propulsion at a later time.
